Uttarakhand is a Himalayan state in India its total population is about 1cr aproax .its capital is dehradun at present because its not a permanent capital due to some political issue. Uttarakhand basically separate in two mandala one is garwal and another one is kumau.so first of all we discuss about garwal because garwal is bigger then kumau in terms of area,districts etc so their district are haridwar,dehradun,tehri,uttarkashi,pauri, chamoli,rudraprayag.total 7 district.their nearest airport is jolly grant .as you know very well haridwar is a holy place for Hindu because according to Hindu mythology haridwar means hari = god and dwar= gate .there are ganga bank where many people take bath together they think their paap is washed here and they feel very energetic. Some devi temples are also there as Mansa devi,Chandi devi ,bharat mata mandir,etc rishikesh also near by haridwar here trivene ghat, laxman jhula,ramjhula,both places have positive energy source here we can relaxed our mind.for relaxing there are many meditation centre many yoga center situated. All around the world peoples came here.so frns its a little bit knowledge of haridwar .
Dehradun means dehra ( dera) and Dun means valley.its a amazing place for tourist because dehradun not properly hilly and not properly plane it a combo of both climate you can enjoy the market rush of plane areas and also enjoy the scenic beauty of nature which are spread over the Himalaya.
